The “Contract and Legal Document Drafting in the Pharma Industry: Material Transfer Agreements, Research Consortia, Packaging and Back Release Contracts, Technical Agreements, Inventors’ Remuneration Contracts ” training session is designed to enhance participants skills in drafting the above agreement types, highly relying on the knowledge obtained in the first part of this training, regarding licensing, LSA and research collaboration agreements. The primary objective of the training is to provide participants with the ability to structure and draft these agreements effectively while understanding and applying the industrial law considerations specific to the sector.

About the trainer:
Istvan Molnar – Patent Attorney
Meet István Molnár, a multi-talented professional with a Ph.D. and extensive experience in intellectual property, innovation, and the pharmaceutical industry. He is currently the head of business development and client relation at SBGK Patent and Law attorneys. István is also a European and Hungarian Patent Attorney, a Research Chemist, a Lawyer, and a Horticultural Engineer. His expertise includes knowledge transfer, industrial property rights, and licensing agreements, among others. He has specialized knowledge in the agricultural, agro-industrial, organic chemistry, building, food, and chemical technology industries. István also has an exceptional background in literature copyright, remuneration agreements, and trademarks. István has served in various roles throughout his career, including Senior Patent Attorney at EGIS Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Director of the South Great Plain Regional Innovation Agency, and International Consultant for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Hungarian Industrial Property and Copyright Association, the Industrial Property Rights Expert Board, and the European Patent Institute. István is also the President of the Hungarian Chapter of the Licensing Executives’ Society. István has a Ph.D. in Industrial Management and a doctorate in law from the University of Szeged. He also has a horticultural engineering degree from Neumann János University and a research chemistry degree from József Attila University. In addition, he has completed an Advanced Industrial Property Rights Course at the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office.
