The “Contract and Legal Document Drafting in the Pharma Industry: Material Transfer Agreements, Research Consortia, Packaging and Back Release Contracts, Technical Agreements, Inventors’ Remuneration Contracts ” training session is designed to enhance participants skills in drafting the above agreement types, highly relying on the knowledge obtained in the first part of this training, regarding licensing, LSA and research collaboration agreements.
