This platform allows for the promotion and monetization of events upon prior agreement. Learnvent may, at its sole discretion, add, modify, or remove any of the Services listed above from time to time, without special notice to the Users.

Payment Related Information

We may charge hosts fees for the tickets sold. Learnvent reserves the right to change or modify such transaction fees at any time as may be determined by Learnvent. Learnvent currently does not provide a facility for refund of the Ticket price paid by the Participant, under any circumstances, including due to cancellation of an Event or failure to attend. Users shall agree that Learnvent may use certain third-party vendors and service providers, including payment aggregators or gateways, to process payments and manage payment card information for the provision of Services (or any part thereof) through the Platform.

Third-Party Content

The Platform also makes available general third-party information and other data from external sources (“Third-Party Content”).

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Learnvent and its officers, partners, consultants, agents, and employees be liable to You or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with Your use of or access to the Platform or Content on the Platform or Event Content or any Services.

Overdue Payment Policies

In the event of overdue payments for any services or charges owed to Learnvent, the following policies will apply:

  1. Payment Timeline: All invoices for charges must be paid within thirty (30) days of their receipt by the sponsor or party responsible for the payment.

  2. Late Payment Charges: If payment is not received within the specified thirty (30) day period, Learnvent reserves the right to impose late payment charges. These charges may accrue daily, weekly, or monthly at a rate specified in the invoice or contract.

  3. Suspension of Services: Failure to make payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of services provided by Learnvent until outstanding payments are settled in full.

  4. Legal Action: Learnvent may take legal action to recover any unpaid charges, and the sponsor or responsible party shall be liable for any legal costs incurred by Learnvent in the collection process.

  5. Credit Reporting: Learnvent reserves the right to report delinquent accounts to credit reporting agencies, which may have an impact on the sponsor's or responsible party's credit rating.

Partnership Agreement

Learnvent collaborates with various entities and organizations ("Partners") to achieve common objectives. The following partnership policies outline the terms and conditions that govern the partnership between Learnvent and its Partners:

  • The primary objectives of partnering with Learnvent are to enhance event promotion, reach a wider audience, and provide valuable experiences to attendees. Partners are expected to align their efforts with these objectives.

  • Partnerships with Learnvent may vary in duration and may continue until either party decides to terminate the partnership with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice.

  • Partners are expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Learnvent to promote and market events effectively.

    • Provide necessary resources and support to ensure the success of collaborative initiatives.

    • Act in accordance with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    • Participate in regular communication and reporting as agreed upon to track progress and outcomes.

  • Financial terms and arrangements, such as cost-sharing, revenue-sharing, or funding commitments, will be determined on a case-by-case basis and detailed in separate agreements when applicable.

  • Partners acknowledge that any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents, related to collaborative projects or initiatives, will be managed in accordance with applicable agreements or as mutually decided upon.

  • Partners agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the partnership, including proprietary data, trade secrets, and other confidential information.

  • Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with written notice in accordance with the notice period specified in any applicable agreements or arrangements.

  • Any disputes arising from the partnership will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation or arbitration, following applicable laws and agreements.

  • These partnership policies may be subject to change, and any amendments will be communicated to Partners in a timely manner.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
